Tips for sun safety

Protect your skin from sun damage by following these tips:

✔ Use sunscreen that protects against UVA & UVB, even if it’s cloudy. Make sure it has SPF at least 30.

✔ Reapply your sunscreen every two hours. 

✔ Wear protective clothing to cover your your skin.

✔ Wear sunglasses with UV ray protection.

✔Avoid sun exposure between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm when the sun’s rays are at their strongest. 

✔ Wear a hat to protect your ears, neck, forehead, eyes, and nose

 ✔ Use lip balm that contains SPF at least 30

✔ Seek shade to limit your exposure to UV

 ✔ Get your vit D safely, not by seeking the sun.
